"Absolutely perfect dwelling near the Centre of Matlock"

Very spacious rooms; design-led house - very quirky. Lots of bathrooms/toilet facilities. Had everything you could need within the property.

Only lacking easy access to garden/outside area - but this was known.

Location, decor, plenty of space, fabulous garden with lovely outdoor furniture

Kitchen wasn't as clean as it could be, and one toilet had urine stains around the rim. Everywhere else in the house was clean though. We didn't like the glass door on the en-suite bathroom, felt like it didn't provide enough privacy.

Such a quirky place to stay. Very comfortable. Great for getting together as the 3 bedrooms allow for 3 couples or various family members.The layout is great for mingling. Beds very comfortable. Matlock just a short walk away.

Wonderfully individual. A home from home, this gem of a house was so comfortable, inviting, warm and cosy, especially on the wild weather weekend we stayed. It had everything we needed and more, to make for a very special break with friends. Although on a relatively busy road it was very quiet. We didn’t have the weather to enjoy all the garden had to offer, which would have only enhanced our stay more. Shall have to return! Thank you for our welcome treats - much appreciated ❤️
