Love that the apartment is big for us. Comes with washing machine too. The view is great.

They don't have kiblat so you have to find it yourself. It's a bit dirty, you can see hair at the sponge too. The washing machine is put outside but there is no pipe connection to throw the water away. So the floor is drench when you wash clothes.

- Very unprofessional host/owner. - The fan and air conditioner are dusty. - No remote for fan to control the speed.  - Television, astro/njoi/online TV not functioning. Remotes also don't have batteries. - Not proper cleaning, have previous customer things left. - Toilet not properly cleaned (moldy) - Don't have toiletries (okay with that), but the host mentioned having towels provided but don't have. 

The location of the apartment is wonderful, near a vibrant and beautiful area. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was comfortable, as was the hot water in the bathrooms. The availability of drinking water in the apartment was good, even though the water dispenser did not work perfectly, it served the purpose since we are a small family.

The apartment was very dusty, and the person responsible for cleaning it did not do a thorough job. The closets were filled with unclean bed covers. I did not find any towels or toilet paper in the apartment, but the owner was cooperative and brought them in the evening. The doors made very annoying noises with the slightest movement, but they were fixed the next morning.Additionally, I received a different apartment from the one that was booked.

This place offers a spacious area perfect for a family of four, complete with all the essential amenities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the price is very affordable for such a great stay

It would be better if the owner could provide 3-in-1 coffee or tea for added convenience. Additionally, attention to detail in maintenance is needed—avoiding torn towels, ensuring the electric kettle is in working condition, and thoroughly cleaning the toilet. The toilet should be free of grout, soap stains, and leftover hair, and it should not be wet upon check-in. We also noticed an issue with small flies inside the house, which should be addressed.

The staff is very nice, but I don't like when I asked him something, he told me he is banker every time.

When we checked in, we found used towels on the wardrobes in the master and middle bedrooms and wet water on the bathroom floor.

No jam at this area. Good condition on electrical appliances such as very cooling aircond n fan available. Good and clear instructions on check in n check out. Fast response for inquires from PIC on WhatsApp .

Only our lot being occupied. Whole floor is empty. Toilet cleanliness not well maintain. Toilet wall n wash closet got dirty stain. Water dispenser is not well maintain. The above wardrobe in room also lot dust including the fridge is not clean inside & outside top is dusty. Hope can do emphasize more on cleaning and other facilities in the room for better attraction for customer to come and rent. Others all well maintain. Thanks
