"Need a lot of improvement."

Great location, clean apartment and comfortable beds

Problems for registering the second car. Water dispenser not working properly (no hot water most of the times and even room temperature water is not available). Water kettle is broken so we can't even boil tap water. Had to incur cost by buying water. Lights and fan in the living room broke on our last day.
