all toto have blood stains. dirty fan, dirty bathroom. and I don't like the owner service. (Keep saying he/she at china for conference) who cares. we paid for this place and we have rights as customers. The steamer iron need to remove coz its not function at all. The extra iron inside the room dangerous to use.

The beds were clean, comfortable, easy check in and out process. Quiet surrounding and mountain views. Easy access to pools and playgrounds. Suitable for families as it is spacious and reasonable.

Dirty bathrooms, fans were full of dust, hence, it worked slow. We had to wipe the blades to avoid the dust from falling on the beds. The bathroom mirror wasnt cleaned after the last person stayed, there were even used things on the bathroom mirror. We also booked the unit with sofa bed, but we were given a unit with normal L shape sofa. However, the host informed that he will do a partial refund to make up for the problems caused.
