Location was good - not too far from Uni - I was staying to attend some lectures.

Room was very cold - radiator would not turn on despite being turned up. It was so cold I had to cut short my visit as I just couldn’t stay for the final night. I complained to which landlord replied - I should have asked to turn heating on/turned radiator on. I stayed on one of the coldest nights of the year - and it was below 0 in the room (windows were not double glazed either which didn’t help). I expected heating to come on when I turned radiator up! Heating is a basic requirement… and not something that needs to be requested. Building also smelt strongly of cannabis.

Ian is so helpful and friendly. It isn't 5 star accomodation but it does the job nicely. Like reliving student days with a little flat, lots of families and students around so although out the way a bit it felt really safe. Two double beds so plenty of room.

It was further from uni and town than I thought but the bus stop is right outside and it would be a really quick drive or taxi. Pans don't seem to work on the induction hob but oven, microwave and toaster work so had plenty of ways to cook. Outside of the flat is a bit dark and dingy but seeing families around made it feel safe.

The main room was large and the bathroom was lovely and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Location was ideal with 10 min bus into town or 30 min walk.

A few more loo rolls would’ve been handy!

No index pots so I can’t really cook anything with no index pots or pans old pots don’t work only index:

The communal areas were dirty and scruffy. The inside was also no particularly clean. Very very basic

The building itself was a bit too old and not very clean

The owner is really friendly. The place is really clean and spacious. A+
