Close enough to the city center

The exterior street could use a facelift, but rough looking but that was expected

Very clean inside . Everything needed in a household was there. You live like in your own home. Communication with the host was perfect. Wifi was good

The outside was very rough unorganised like a slum with rickety vehicles parked like in a car repair workshop. There was renovation in the building with the smell of paints and other building materials filled the air at all times. The entrance door is always open and people walk in and out at will without the keys. I was asked to pay £110 extra after booking and confirming my stay from the host and booking.com accented to it thereby putting me in a tight corner financially at that moment.

The Kitchen was small but clean I like the setting of the kitchen

Yes i never did because I didn't know what to expect, the type of people I saw there is nothing to write home about. People on drugs, people from the prison, drunk people. It was the most horrified situation and place. I felt if I mentioned it wasn't sure what could have happened that is how bad I felt about the place and I had my son and wife. We had to spend time at my daughter's place. If I had known the state of the place no way would I have booked this place. No security at all, people were using paint buckets to hold the door open for half the day. Even at night the door wasn't properly shut. I have taken pictures of the inside, including the entrance, hallway. I believe people can stay there but they need to know what to expect in order to make that decision. I am so glad I am out of that place. Booking.com I am sure are not aware of the start of the place. Yes I am sure they will be happy. I am stated that the place is unkept, it smells badly. A horrible environment. Honestly not sure how families with children can stay there and feel safe. I am going to ask booking .com for a refund. I had a very bad experience. The front door is difficult to get in and out of when shut. I believe that is the reason why the door is left open at all times. There is no form of security.

Location was excellent. Area was good to walk around. Convenience shop was within a walking distance
