Toilet door couldn't lock.

In 15 years of traveling, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. We felt so unsafe that we left after the first night, despite booking for 5 nights. The front door of the building was unlocked at 10 pm, allowing anyone to enter. The flat’s front door was not a proper entrance door and seemed easily breakable. This was confirmed when we arrived to find the door of the flat opposite had been forcefully opened. We didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings in the flat during the day. While the owner had explanations for everything, the bottom line is that guests should feel secure in an unfamiliar city, which was not the case here. Additionally, the cleaning was superficial, with dust on the TV and bathroom radiator. The cupboard where “clean” beddings are stored was disgusting. The bottle of soap in the bathroom was almost empty. There was a strong tobacco smell everywhere in the building, which was very unpleasant. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. I do not recommend this property at all.

The flat was clean and warm and location was good for walking to the centre. Bus station really close. Neighbourhood is very pleasant and peaceful. Good for a short stay and travel on budget.

The entrance to the building is a bit scary and smelly. The building and flat could use some renovation (ceiling in the bathroom has large cracks from water in the shower). There was no table or any chairs in the apartment.

The location was good. The beds were amazing and comfy. very spacious. The property is near the bus stop and there is a nearby tesco within walk.

We have an issue with the water heater on the first day but everything was resolved the day after. It could have been better if there is a small coffee table to put all our food.

It was very comfy, and we were given some extra groceries like tea etc. which was very nice upon arrival. The kitchen tools and utensils were provided and in great shape The landlord was responding fairly quickly to any questions we had.

The only concern we had was no lids for the pots. Or at least we didn't find them. But that was really a minor thing and I am only writing it after minutes of thinking of a bad thing about this place because I just couldn't find one.
