No TV in the room or property, Shared bathroom which was a shower over the toilet, Very noisy from the road, Should have read info better I guess

The house was not clean, just did not feel happy there, very run down

The house is well located close to town centre. Its clean, with a good mix of shared facilities.

My room was advertised as a deluxe single. It was definitely not deluxe. It contained a single bed that looked like it had once been the lower bunk of a bunk bed. It was uncomfortable and one of the supporting slats broke when I knelt on the bed. I was moved to a superior room at no additional cost, but was told I would have to pay for the broken slat, which I disputed.

I had to pay extra for breakfast which was not what I knew when I booked, so I had to cancel the extra days especially since it was just cornflakes and milk and toast only

the street lamp was right under my window and I can't sleep with lights on

It was nice but only one bathroom. Also traffic was too much.

Traffic noise. Small bathroom and only one bathroom.

Clean and cozy, comfortable room, sufficient information. Self-checkin process was simple. Shared bathroom pleasant. Kitchen facilities adequate.
