The bed was large and comfortable

Kitchen not very clean, heating was on in the bedroom when it’s 30c outside - when we switched if off someone came in the room whilst we were out and switched it back on again. Car parking charge extreme.

Nice house, clean, good facilities.

I stayed in room 7. The single bed was small and the mattress very uncomfortable. It's also a very small room. It's location is poor, situated right by the kitchen so you can hear every conversation including late at night. The room is inadequate as a hotel space. Also, if there were a fire in the hallway the room has no large opening windows for exit.

The man on the phone was nice. The location was ok, but on a busy road. The beds were good.

Deferred maintenance, the shower door could barely move to close. Some lamps where flickering. The shower downstairs was not attached to the wall anymore. The towels had holes in them, we had to get new ones ourselves from the washing line. We needed to put our shoes off but the floor was full of stains. The pillows were uncomfortable, either too hard or super soft. Our rooms were on the other side of the house, which was a shame since we booked for 4.

Bathroom upstairs clean and spacious, nice large kitchen.

My solo room first floor next to kitchen was so so small, no TV. No drawers just a rickety hanger at end of bed, small bed tiny table no space for anything else. Next to kitchen and under upstairs bathroom so constantly being woken up. Bathroom downstairs was a tiny wet room. When arriving asked to pay for parking on the drive £5 a day in cash. On my booking it said parking included! Carpets to stairs dirty. No signs outside of the property so could not find it and had to call. Maybe double room are bigger and more comfortable?

Exactly what we expected. Common areas were kept very clean. Very good value for money.

Nice room, comfortable bed, the best room I have stayed in so far.

The downstairs bathroom. It has a combi shower with drainage in the floor. Some guests don't use the brush to sweep the shower water away.

Easy access to shopping centre and eateries. Close to transport
