Joville Sapa Hotel was a lovely place to stay—clean rooms, warm ambiance, and a team that made us feel genuinely welcome. The location is convenient for exploring Sapa, and the mountain views added an extra touch of charm. A comfortable, quiet, and pleasant stay overall.

The open-area tiles get very slippery when it gets wet due to the frequent drizzles—one of my friends slipped, and a child slipped on the same spot the next day. It would help to add non-slip rubber mats during rainy weather or consider switching to outdoor non-slip tiles.

"Wonderful stay near the Sapa town center, but a far enough for peace and quiet."

I loved everything about this hotel and would stay here again! The staff were wonderful and the views are amazing. Great breakfast and restaurant on site. Newer building with comfortable rooms and walking distance to many places in Sapa.
