Comfortable stay and friendly staff. they clean daily as well.

this hotel has potential if interior can be upgraded. also every night there is karaoke party and it’s kind of noisy. from time to time, i can also smell cigarettes around the area.

Location: Very near to some other tourist spots. It is just walking distance. Even if you go home late it is very safe also. Room: Very clean. I got an upgraded room with additional pay but with discounts. During my stay there is renovation of the pool. So even if I have a funicular view, it is not looking good in the picture. Due to some signages. Staff: They are accomodating and helpful.

The floor near the toilet is very slippery when wet, I almost fell down.

Good location, nevertheless it is located little bit outside of the city, there are many different services around with cheaper prices especially great massage. Great view on mountains. Clean and nice room

There was a very friendly staff but doesn't speak English except the lady manager. The breakfast definitely is not the best with limited variation of food

"Perfectly Amazing."

Location is perfect, accessible to the sapa center. You can view the famous funicular train passing from your own window or from the dining place. Staffs are amazing.(reception and cleaning staffs) Breakfast is nice.
