The location and the staff. It’s very near to hotel de la couple and accessable to everything just walking distance. The hotel location is right in front facing the famous tram going to Sunworld and it’s breath taking. The pool was wonderful too facing the mountain and the tram railway. The staff specially the receptionist is very accomodating. I had terrible headache and they help me buy for the medicine .

The room has no AC but lucky the month i visited the weather is cool so it’s not an issue. However when they make up and clean the room they will open some of the window which some of the small flying insects can come inside the room.

The hotel is situated near the center, just a 5-minute walk. It's beside La Do Homestay and Viettrekking Sapa Hotel. The view is breathtaking! You can see the monorail while eating at the rooftop, going up and down the elevator, or staying at the pool area. You can also book a mountain view room to have a sight of the monorail. I booked an overnight stay in 3 standard rooms, but the staff mentioned that we were supposed to be upgraded to a mountain view room, as mentioned in the reviews. It just happened to be fully booked at that time as it was a holiday. We checked out early after breakfast, but we left our bags at the hotel. We came back after dinner to fix our things. The staff gave us water while we were waiting for our pickup van. During that time, they were already cleaning the dining area. I asked if we could stay until our pickup time at 9:30 pm, and I was told that they would allow us until 11pm. A few minutes later, he called me and gave me a key card. He showed me the room and said that we could freshen up and rest there while waiting for the van. It's a VIP room! Another thing to mention, we were surprised that the breakfast was buffet as when I booked our accommodation, the description says plated breakfast because it was on a weekday. Overall, our stay at Joville Hotel made our trip extra memorable. The place itself is scenic, but the service and the staff made it more special.

There's only one thing that I would like to point out, though. The bathroom is quite slippery.

I spent the best 3d2n in this hotel, and will surely stay again if i go back to Sapa. Their reception was in constant communication with me (from the moment i booked and even up until i checked out and arrived in Hanoi). Their service is impeccable - always smiling and checking how is my stay. I booked a stdrd room and got upgraded to superior room with beautiful Sapa view. The rooms are exactly how they are in pictures, and very spacious too! They have great breakfast options and very generous serving. I came right after the typhoon and many attractions were closed - and i appreciate that they help me check info on when the attractions will reopen. I was invited impromptu to eat hotpot along with the owner, some visitors and staff - and I really felt the hospitality. I am very grateful to the hotel for taking care of me during my stay jn Sapa. If only i could give more than 10 as rating 👌😙😽🫶

Honestly at first I doubted this hotel since it only has 13 reviews when I first looked into it but now after our experience, If only I could rate this hotel 💯 I would. Heres what I like about this hotel. Location- the view was just breathtaking, the funicular passes by right infront of the hotel every 10-15 mins. It was also just a 5 min walk away from sun plaza and 2 min walk to viettrekking cafe.. some of the tourist would go to viettreking cafe just to have a glimpse of the train but since our hotel was just right infront of it we were really not that excited anymore 😉 and instead we just enjoyed the view and food of viettreking cafe. Room- we had a deluxe room with a perfect and exquisite view since it has a balcony with mountain and funicular view. They have everything you need for a travel esp toiletry kits.. the room we had has both a fan and aircondition so you can choose whichever you prefer. They also have a daily housekeeping scheduled. Food- since it has a restaurant it can offer you a variety of vietnamese cuisine for you to try. The breakfast was 10/10 as well. Service- I had an issue with my first booking because I wanted to include the breakfast and at the same time upgrade to deluxe room so that we could have the balcony with the mountain and funicular view but there are no rooms available in booking.com but one of the staff named Elvy messaged me and assisted me with my booking and told me she could arrange everything just by paying the upgrade surgcharge. She also arranged and organized our day trip since they are offering everything with a breakdown of prices since we have limited time in sapa for us to just relax and enjoy without being stressed out of DIYing and being scammed along the process. She speaks english fluently so I never had an issue and also the manager was so good and welcoming as well. All of the staff are so friendly and will even use a translating app just to assist you.

I loved the rooms were clean and spacious. The manager was very helpful and kind enough to up grade us to mountain view with balcony that gave us spectacular views . The location was really good as we could walk to Cat cat 2kms and other places .

The breakfast was limiting most of the things on the menu were not available. The restaurant staff have Can barely understand English thus most of our orders were wrongful taken.

The hotel upgraded our room to deluxe, giving us stunning mountain and tram views. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. They helped us plan to maximize our day in Sapa, starting with a visit to Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina, followed by a relaxing break at Moana Cafe. We also explored Cat Cat Village, soaking in the local culture and beautiful landscapes.With its great location, excellent amenities, and top-notch service, Joville Sapa Hotel proved to be the ultimate haven for both adventurous explorers and those seeking a serene escape to experience the beauty of Sapa. Whether embarking on a thrilling Sapa adventure or simply unwinding amidst nature's tranquility, this hotel provided the perfect base for an unforgettable stay!

This hotel boasts one of the best views of the train station in Sapa. Plus, it's conveniently close to the town center, so you can easily stroll around. The buffet breakfast here is hands down one of the best I've ever had, offering a delightful mix of continental and international dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are incredibly accommodating and hospitable, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. As a bonus, they even upgraded me to one of the nicest rooms with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the train station at no extra cost.

The bathroom is roomy, but I couldn't help but notice that the shower and toilet are quite close without any separation, leading to the toilet getting wet during showers. Also, the complimentary toiletries aren't well-organized since there's no extra cabinet. I recommend adding a cabinet where the toiletries can be neatly arranged.
