Everything. View is perfect, very near to the red train.

The water in the morning is either hot or boiling. It cools down eventually.

Room and staff were great.

Restaurant/reception area could do with a spruce up, even just giving the windows a clean.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the stay very pleasant. However, there was an ongoing renovation in one area, which slightly affected the view. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to seeing the improvements once the renovations are complete.

Location is near to the city centre. It offers good view also of the monorail and mountains. They will also inform you which room has a better view of the railway. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are very accommodating.

There are still areas for repair (e.g. pool) due to the previous typhoon but the staff already informed us earlier during booking stage but over all they provided good service.

There is a nice view. The terras is a really nice place to sit. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly, but that's it, there was a cold atmosphere. We asked to change the towels because they were dirty, they changed immediately. The view from the room was poor. The swimming pool was closed due the Typhoon, but we were not informed about that.

I love the view in my room seeing the mountains and the train track. Plus the room is modernise and massive, foods delicious and most of all I just love how the staffs are welcoming and all nice.

I would not say I did not like it but I wish the pool was not undermaintenace when I was there. would love to take a photo from the pool side viewing the mountains and the train track.
