Spacious ground floor flat, near Beach and family

Damp building , I have asthma and this affected my breathing. Beds Very hard. sheets could have done with an Iron! Bed in middle room . People in flat above very noisy. Would not stay again.

The location and the size was very large.

There was no parking can only park for 2 hours and have to move the car, can park over night from 6-8pm booked this for the parking as said free public parking outside easier said than done, so was very dissatisfied and inconvenience of moving the car which was not at all easy as all the streets have the 2 hr no return.

Was as imagined in the property. Large rooms and was all clean.

Wasn't informed regarding parking ie no guest passes until on our journey to the property.

Excellent location - quiet but close to the sea front, town and amenities. The decor and furnishings were beautiful . Having a private garden was excellent when travelling with a dog and family. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The parking was a pain as it was permit holders only meaning we had to move the car every two hours. Also the washing machine wasn't plumbed in which meant doing hand washing on holiday and the oven wasn't clean.

We went for a concert at the De La Warr so about 15 minutes walk. Very spacious flat and everything we needed.

Maybe could have been nearer to the town centre but that's a minor quibble. A nice stay at this flat.

No breakfast. Lovely, large 2 bed flat on ground floor of Edwardian house. large rear garden and front garden. Very comfortable.

Damp smell. Gardens want weeding, although beautifully laid out. Could not find ashtrays, supposedly in garden. Parking 2 hourly or Permit only. Fortunately have Blue Badge so was able to park outside first night, but second night had to park some way away.
