Cosy Ground Floor Apartment

Quiet location, walking 10 mins to sea and station, 5 mins to bus, 20 mins to De la Warr pavilion. Dog friendly. Well decorated and fitted rooms, help provided quickly when needed (TV).

Rat seen in garden, which needs to be tidier. Saucepans provided didn't work on induction hob (need to be right type).

Lounge was lovely and cosy nice carpets, bedroom next to kitchen was lovely, apart from bed which was a little creaky on movement

Cleanliness of the accommodation, in a lot of the areas, no pillow protectors on beds, hair and stains on back bedroom bed linen so felt couldn't sleep in bed Chest of drawers dirty cobwebs and spiders in drawers. Hair in bathroom sink and bath. Just lacked attention to detail Very noisy neighbours Spiders in bathroom. Lacked having a long mirror or ironing board and iron. Sugur in pot damp If a few things was inproved like cleaning and attention to detail would definitely come back. But as it is no. I've stayed at a lot of properties and as far as value for money I would say no, accommodation size very good but cleanliness no. So put me of a bit.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. It is very spacious with lovely decor and furniture. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and we had clean towels and a tea towel to use during our stay. The large tv in the living room had access to most streaming channels which was great for our kids! It is a short drive to the beach and parking is ok but you may need to contact the host for details on parking. It is not an area we have visited before but if we were in the area again we would like to stay in this apartment, we were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay!

Clearer information on the parking but that really is just a minor thing!

This was a fantastic experience and a great staycation place for my family and friends. The accommodation was nice and warm inside, offered everything you need including plenty of tea and coffee making facilities along with shower gel. Two lovely, clean and spacious double bedrooms, my bed was extremely comfortable :). Great location, it’s very close to the beach. I booked for one night at a very reasonable price, the host is friendly and responsive, easy check in & parking etc. Overall, a great place to stay and particularly so I would imagine, in the summer months. Highly recommended 👍🏻
