Cosy Ground Floor Apartment

Great spacious and bright proper t very close to the centre and beach. Love the little bedroom porch great for reading

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable ended up buying a blow up for my son. Slow running water but manageable. Parking permits would have been helpful, as we had to keep moving our two cars

The apartment was spotlessly clean modern and in a good location for the main street and the station

We absolutely loved our stay here. Host was absolutely amazing and accommodating

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Nice quiet area, and although it was a Flat, noise from others was pretty minimal for what you might expect. Host Violet was so accommodating, helpful and a great communicator. (Answered all messages quickly with my little queries and also by phone with a Thermostat issue.) It was indeed cosy, and had a lovely little private garden which I imagine is great in the Summer for sitting outside.

The parking situation outside the property is a bit frustrating at times because you have to move the car every 2 hours between 8am-6pm. Although there are some no restriction parking relatively close.

Bed was a bit hard and squeaky

booked a 2 night stay with my dad and my dog to be near my daughter who lives in Bexhill. the location was great. the property is very spacious and comfortable. Violet was very helpful in answering calls on our arrival. the key box code was not provided by booking.com.

The kitchen lacks cooking utensils. I planned to cooked for our group whilst staying, there is only one saucepan. The only baking tray was found at the back of a very dusty cupboard. we had to wash everything before using. So my only criticism is the kitchen needs restocking and a good deep clean.

Was not made aware of 2 hour limit on parking, despite my asking when I booked if it was private and Booking.com states it is private. When I asked the owner/manager she said we could just move the car every two hours. Musty smell, very dirty windows, mould on shower curtain, poorly equipped kitchen, pans that did not work on hob, no cookware, no tin opener, limited mugs that were dirty with stains and lipstick. Broken rails on dishwasher, with rust. Small towels.
