Food could be much better and variegated and prepared in short notice

It's a beautiful property with antiques around. Very insta worthy. The staff was polite and the restaurant food is homly. On most of the nights we preferred eating at the restaurant. Views are amazing from the restaurant area. Also the time you step in, there is subtle smell of flowers. It's just relaxing and made our day!

We stayed in museum room, whose bed was cracking even on little movement. That disturbed our sleep during night. Also the lighting is very dim to give you heritage feel. But that made us find things or arranging them difficult. But that's the least of the concern. If you are okay with lighting then the property is Amazing.

The building is heritage - and so it is beautiful

NO maintenance - dust laden, dirty and the restaurant was filthy. The service bad. The food ok. No maintenance at all.

The location was great...close to all the art exhibitions and historical buildings.

I had a booking for 4 rooms ( for 7 people) but when we arrived at midnight after travelling for hours they said that there was no booking in my name. This was totally bewildering as not only had i written confirmation from booking.com for my dates, I had also received confirmation from the property that they knew about my planned late arrival. They continued to deny the booking then tried to blame it on me saying that I had booked for a different month...so NOT true, as my printed confirmation proves. Then they blamed it on booking.com....and when I finally asked to see their booking details they replied " it has already been deleted". Hmm mm. Hopeless....and if it was booking.com's fault...they should be held accountable for the distress and anxiety this caused for 7 weary travellers needing to get to their rooms!

The location is a plus. Thats all that was nice about the property. Looks great in pictures, the actual place doesnt justify it.

The property is not maintained, dirty and dusty everywhere. Breakfast is very basic. Staff is not attentive, does minimal required. Small, poorly designed bathrooms. Theres lots that need to be improved to make the experience better
