Bloom Boutique Waterfront Fort Kochi

Preservation of the heritage look & to be able to stay along with the past, for couple of days is really the main attraction of this Boutique. Friendly & warm welcoming staffs. Boutique is located in the middle of all fort kochi attractions.

Unfortunately, the place doesn’t have a valid parking area of it’s own. So anyone who plans to check-in at the hotel, please note that there is no parking area by the Hotel. But, a few meters up ahead from the Boutique, one can find places to park their vehicles.

Spacious rooms. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom's toilet seat was broken. The room floors were dusty. The outdoor deck (which I was most looking forward to) was poorly maintained and we weren't allowed to be there after 11pm

L’hôtel tombe en décrépitude : chambres sales, bruyantes à cause de la rue, humidité dans l’une des chambres avec odeurs, matelas inconfortable, petit déjeuner médiocre sans choix et très long, espace extérieur non opérationnel pour manger li se reposer, piscine inutilisable, cher pour une prestation très médiocre

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous sommes en train de constituer un dossier de réclamation. Affaire en cours.

Location and staff where great.

The whole hotel is very run down and needs a good clean. Rooms are very musty smelling and where not clean. Stained sheets, cob webs in room. Outside area is in very poor condition. Dont let the photos fool you. Such a shame, Bloom hotel have dropped the ball with this one.
