Very clean place, comfy bed. Perfect for my one night stay between flights. I didn't need more. Shuttle service is very efficient, the driver was lovely and helped me finding him at the airport. Then accompanied me to show me how to open the doors with the codes, I received by text messages from the hotel and made sure I was safe as it was after 23.00. The road next door can be a bit noisy but nothing that earplugs cannot solve. The shower is a bit small but was working and very clean and indeed is shared with the other room, but I didn't see anyone and there are locks on the doors anyway.

Super nice place and professional service.

Staff was nice and helpful. It was close to Stansted Airport, this was the main reason we booked it. Transfer by minivan to and from the property was organized by host through phone call, which was appreciated a lot, but very limited other options to get there.

No window in our room, also no hook for clothes.

Location was not as I expected. On the internet recomendation there was written it is 15 minutes walking from the National Express terminal bus stop. However, upon my arrival, I was informed by Stanstead airport staff that the walk up to the Dairy was extremely dangerous because of busy traffic and there was no pedestrian pavement available. Because of this I was forced to take a taxi which cost me 23 pounds and the taxi driver could not find it either. The taxi drove around for about 30 minutes until finally we were able to reach the place. As there is no reception at the Dairy and I was given no instructions I could not get inside the booked property. I was so stressed that I asked the taxi driver to take me back to the airport as the place seemed neither appealing nor safe to me. At that moment we were approached by one staff member of a neighbouring garage. Following the recommendation of this garage employer I went to the Stanstead airport parking office. I showed them my reservation from Booking and I was given two pin numbers. One for the main entrance and one for my room.

I did not like that: 1/ Upon making my reservation I was not informed that I would be sent pins for entrance. I was not aware that there would be no regular reception at the Dairy. Due to the fact that I was already travelling, I had no chance to check my mails. For this reason sending the information on 2nd June was way too late for me. 2/ It should be made clear at the very beginning of the booking process that this property, despite of the fact that it seems near from the terminal, is actually not accessible for a pedestrian, as it is very dangerous to walk on the road. THERE IS NO PEDESTRIAN PAVEMENT! 3/ There was no sign or name of the property - the Dairy. Even driving there by car is difficult and my taxi driver was not the only one who could not find. Any and Fiona, who were guests there during the same night, had the same experience.
