Great setting looking out on golf course

It seemed tired but a lot of work being done currently

Staff were polite, helpful and accommodating as always. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable

The bar area was not very welcoming or comfortable and the restaurant needs updating one coffee machine ment people were queuing for drinks all the time

2nd time I have stayed dont bother to look for anything else this place is fantastic. Spotless clean you can’t get better than here 10/01

The room was lovely, also was lovely to receive a dinner voucher!

The whole place just needs an update, abit of colour, some pictures on the walls. Just looks very dated.

Staff were lovely, but seemed alittle uninterested

Runner on bed was dirty, bathroom floor had not been cleaned toilet seat not attached, appeared broken. The sky light had no blind? Was awake since 4 due to daylight. Meal, crab cakes disgusting, main meal ok, dessert, omg, i chose strawberry on a waffle, this came with one strawberry cut into 4 absolutely not worth the money, water glasses appeard dirty, and water marks on cutlery. Breakfast, not a great choice, cups were to small for the coffee machine, split over, made a right mess, noone came to help, clean it up, and the coffee was Luke warm? To top it off there was a disinfectant bottle stood above the cooked breakfast, was sat there during my breakfast, then staff must have seen it and eventually removed it. Massive risk for health and safety. On leaving breakfast area the door to the kitchen was propped open. Kitchen was filthy had I have seen the kit hen, I would definitely not have eaten there. The outside area was covered in fag butt's and tissue. Its a shame as the building is beautiful, but will not be staying there again.
