Ufford Park Resort

Central to the area we were visiting, room facilities were great with views across the golf course. We enjoyed use of the pool. Restaurant had a nice selection of meals, which were a good standard. An additional bonus was the crazy golf, Congo Rapids, which was extra fun for adults and kids. Staff were polite and accommodating.

Bathroom looked a little dated but clean.

The property is looking tired

Ideally it was fine for one night Room and bed very comfortable.

We had an evening meal there but felt it was more of a canteen than a restaurant.

Great location, really comfortable spacious rooms, great bed. Comfy restaurant seating. Good breakfast.

Menu didn’t change while we were there for a week . Quite expensive food , hit and miss with the quality. Our first morning there were no bowls or side plates put out for breakfast. The coffee machine at breakfast was a bit unreliable.

Furniture in the bar area needs replacing and chairs in the restaurant were dirty

Lovely location and lovely staff, but new owners have degraded the quality of the hotel. It needs money spent on it to bring it into the 21st century.

Hot water broke, breakfast is depressing

We have stayed before, location good and plenty of space and fantastic views over the golf course. The room backed onto the golf course which was nice.

The evening meal of fish and chips was very greasy and not very good. The hairdryer in the room did not work, and the tv remote needed new batteries. Only 1 pillow each laid out on the bed ( managed to find others after enquiring to reception). Inadequate info in room, including no info on phoning through to reception!
