Ufford Park Resort

Generous size room, and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner good.

At first, couldn’t get the cold water through when I used the shower. Worked it out eventually !

Lovely place. I liked the crazy golf. Good selection of food and drink.

The breakfast when we arrived at 9.30 was very sparse. When we asked for more items the staff seemed very unfriendly( she never smiled ).

The building was clean but very dated. Old TVs in the room with minimal channels - should be Smart TVs. Bed was two singles pushed together, but they were different heights. Food was average.

I booked twin and was booked into a double so they had to change our room. Only one towel provided. Telephone connection was non existent so phone did not work. Blind was faulty so we could not pull it down to block out the security search lights from the car park. The restaurant was extremely dirty with food from the evening meal from the night before all over the floor. Cobwebs on the windows in the restaurant. All windows and doors both inside and out were dirty. Overall cleanliness very poor.
