The Annex

It was well laid out, clean and comfort. The location right on the river was very relaxing. There was ample parking for several cars. It was only 20 minutes from Exeter through the countryside.

It was difficult to find, but a message to the hosts would have solved that. It was very close to the road along one side. Although the garden was between the house and the lovely river Exe away from the road.

It was an excellent location in an old cottage on the river Exe. The hosts were great and so was the cottage.

Location and view amazing. Hosts were wonderful and really friendly. Very dog friendly property.

It was a beautiful location. The Cottage is very cozy and perfect for the three of us and our little dog. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and really lovely people. The cakes were amazing! There is a a good pub in walking distance from the Cottage which had great views across the river and served tasty food. There was also a walk across the river along the riverbank which was great for a dog walk.

We couldn’t find a colander in the kitchen. However, they may have been one there but we didn’t find it.

Friendly owners. Easy parking and easy access.

Very close to the road and very noisy with traffic. Bed frames were squeaky

Large car park right next to property. Sent email with code for key box prior to arrival. Key box located right next to front door.

Cottage is right on the main road so a lot of traffic noise.

Was exactly as described it was on a main road but was not an issue
