"great stay which we even extended because it felt very relaxing."

everything was really tidy and clean, WiFi was working very well during the day, nice view from the balcony, good equipped kitchen. The family is living there as well which we liked!

Very lovely hotel near the city center. Great internet connexion. Very clean bedrooms, kitchen available and it was also very clean. Staff is so adorable, I would recommend this place!

"A great break beside the lake."

The upper rooms afforded lovely views of the lake. The rooms were very clean and the beds were made every day with new towels. The kitchen was a convenient addition. would certainly recommend.

"Superb"

It is run by a small family that lives on the property and they are always available and happy to assist you. The kitchen access is a nice bonus. We also loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and great suggestions by our host.

"Good old family-run business *****"

It is a bit basic but very charming place with super friendly people. For us, it felt like staying with a family, and we loved it. We had a surprisingly good view of lake Bacalar from our apartment, and there was a nice communal kitchen that we could use. Away from the village a bit, but on a quiet street. We felt safe and very welcome.

We only had cold water, and the bathroom could use an update
