The pool is great! Location too, a bit out of the main road which is great.

Wifi was pretty terrible. Wasnt the cleanest room and the bed wasnt very comfy. That being said, for the price, it was ok. I still enjoyed the location, the facilities (terasse, pool, hammack)

The facility was not clean, and our room had no cleaning service. The room was also very dirty. Walls, floor..everything

Location was close to everything you need and a short walk to restaurants. Pool and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were top notch and super friendly.

They over booked the room we had reserved with 2 double beds and told us the AC wasn’t working. I said we would take it anyway but it turns out there was another family in the room! The lady at the desk made a phone call and gave us 3 rooms to compensate until we could get the proper rooms the following day. Avoid all of the ground floor rooms as they smell of heavy mildew. We had to change rooms to compensate so we could sleep.

We had a good time at Casa Moreno. The location is good walkable from the port where you arrive. The city center of Moyogalpa is 8 mins walking and there is some good restaurants and supermarkets. Casa Moreno offers tours and also scooters. We did not use their services so I cannot give feedback on that. They offer laundry service which was really fast. They provided a new blanket and fresh pillows after 2 days.

The room was a bit smelly and there were bugs and lizards in it when we arrived. The toilet has a window where bugs still can come through as it is open and not closable.

Nice room, AC was great. No bugs or mosquitos.
