FLH Santa Catarina Outstanding Flats

Amazing location, super central but still in a very quiet street! There is everything you need and it is perfect for a family of 4 (all adults) or two couples.

The walls are very thin so you hear all the time whatever happens in the stairs of the building or noises from other rooms, even if someone is snoring.

A little bit basic with amenities

Location was good, in what felt like a bustling area. Entry was well managed by the host. Street was calm, not too noisy. Flat was a good size with both bedrooms having plenty of space. Host was contactable when we had an emergency. Shower pressure was good.

We did have a problem with the lock on the 1st evening, but I accept that this was a one off and was impressed at how quickly they got maintenance out and then a locksmith. Some of the fixtures needed a bit more love, but it didn't affect our stay at all.

Location is great for access to most parts of central Lisbon. Reasonably well appointed apart includes washing machine and dish washer.

We have stayed in this apartment many times over the years. It remains comfortable and convenient but is showing some signs of dilapidation. The apartment door lock sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The floor isn't level by a significant degree. The lock on the bathroom door doesn't work at all, causing a few awkward moments. The bath plug doesn't work, so shower only. The apartment no longer has air conditioning, the units having been replaced with fans which are less effective. The toilet flushed only on restricted setting. Prices have increased markedly over the years, to the point where it is no longer great value for money.

Some extra and better pillows! Lack of drawers or hanging facility in one room. Refillable toiletries in bathroom rather than single use

Location and design is perfect

There was a problem with water drainage in bathroom so we informed the owner and they promised that someone will fix it. But they never did, so we were “forsed” to get into shower full with previously used water. Also there was no oil/salt and other small things that could make our stay more comfortable

close to Bica elevator and TimeOut Market. good view from the windows. the apartment is well equipped.

floor was a bit squeaky. not a big problem for an old apartment
