Clean, modern, spacious and great location

Good location, comfortable apartment, everything is provided for a short say. Some physical condition is required, as the stairs to the place might be challenging.

The check in process was awful. Don't understand why not all the information was sent beforehand, instead of texting with the staff while standing on the street. The bathroom was not completely clean.

There is a exceptionally large black mould above the shower which needs attention. The toilet seat was loose Some windows were difficult or unable to close once open

It has its pros — location, size, and the view from the window (not into the courtyard-well, not directly into someone else's window, and not at the construction site). Everything else doesn't quite match their name.

Let's start with the fact that there is no wardrobe or even a hook in the hallway where you could hang a jacket or raincoat. In one of the bedrooms, there is one wardrobe and a small chest of drawers with broken drawers; in the other bedroom — only a hanger with hooks. We had to unfold outdoor clothes on the only chair in the dining room and move the chest to another bedroom. Which BTW was quite convenient to do because — surprise! — between the bedrooms, there is a door that you won't see in the photos on Booking. So, if you plan to occupy both bedrooms and enjoy some privacy — forget about it. These apartments lack any sound insulation — you hear not only everything that happens in any part of your apartment but also in the apartments below, above, next door and of course outside. Most likely, you won't find anything in the kitchen except for 1 dishwasher tablet, a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, and 3 rolls of toilet paper (although it should be called cigarette paper). In the bathroom, there will be a tiny piece of soap and a couple of shower gels. No kitchen towels, no oil, no salt, no drinking water, tea or coffee — nothing. You have to buy everything yourself, which is not convenient for a short trip. As the owners informed me over the phone, all toiletries are provided only for the first day — although we pay rent for all days. 3 tiny cups, 3 small bowls, one (!) trash bag — the owners didn't spend a single extra cent. It's worth mentioning the indented mattress in the large bedroom, a life-threatening iron, a torn pillow, and generally quite worn-out and mismatched items in the sparse interior. The bathroom is inconvenient and very slippery. The boiler barely has enough hot water for two quick showers. Bathroom and kitchen sinks are clogged with garbage. The apartments are very humid and quite cool. The light in one bedroom was too bright, while in the other, it didn't even provide the possibility to read.
