FLH Santa Catarina Outstanding Flats

The location was great! Very easy to get to points of interests with a plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I traveled with two other friends and the apartment was spacious—we never felt crowded.

Location and big space

The windows did not close , no central heating only 2 small radiators for a big flat with 8 degrees we froze ! Although I reported the case after 2 1/2 days there fixed the window they did not refund me for the dismay caused . The bathroom had stains of humidity and the smell of it . Apparently they don’t dust I drop my charger under the bed and it was dusty and dirty

The flat is beautiful, very spacious, lovely balcony too with nice view.

The apartment really does need a good deep clean and freshened up a bit. The kettle continually boiled if you didn't switch it off and the shower wasn't attached to the wall. We were only there two nights so we could ignore the issues but hopefully they will be fixed for the next visitors.

The location

The stairs and the poor quality bathroom. We informed the company there was a very unsatisfactory shower head over the bath and the basin tap was extremely wobbly. Someone came promptly to provide the "quick fix" which was unsatisfactory. The bathroom requires updating properly

Great location on quieter street but still close to busy, hip neighborhoods. Clean and tidy apartment.

One room is a little small, but livable. Bedrooms were a bit warm in summer. Check in process was a bit confusing to figure out but ended up being easy. once you called agency.

Great location to explore the city. Very close to viewpoint of the river. Bars and cafe's nearby

Kitchen not very well equipped. Dishwasher did not work well but left food on the plates. Only a small amount of soap available and no other provisions which for a short stay in a self catering apartment would have been helpful.

Very easy process to get access to the apartment. All information is sent to you prior to arrival including contact numbers and when to ring. Once you ring you are provided a door code and then once in the apartment you get your keys. Very secure and safe process. Apartment was a great size. There was no aircon, but each room had a massive electric fan which were very powerful. FLH also recommended a luggage service to us which was also very handy. Location was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
