MD Ocean Apartment

Во первых я посмотрел квартиру до заезда. Я рад что хозяйка пошла на встречу. Да все отлично, от отношения хозяйки, до самой квартиры. Хозяйка доброжелательная, помогла решить вопрос, когда эта квартира была занята. ( предложила на 1 день другую, в этом же жк) С учетом высокой загрузки сезона, это была просто находка. В квартире чисто Шикарный вид на море Хорошая сантехника и мебель Все пунктуально и четко. Рекомендую.

Отличное расположение, рядом с морем и множество кафе. Хозяйка гостеприимная и быстро решала все вопросы. В квартире есть все необходимое.

Host contact us few days prior to Da Nang, and mentioned the room we booked is not available no more and she gave another room which totally not fine for us. Thahts reason we boked this room at least 2 months advance. Secondly the water heater not working but the host quickly repaired it and thanks to them. Just please make sure the room you booked is confirmed and you get what you booked.

We were expecting the whole apartment with air conditioning but only in the two rooms. There was not any in living and kitchen’s areas. It was really hot. Also, the toilet was leaking and it wasn’t what we were expecting when we booked and looked at pictures online!

Very good location 2 mins walk from the beach. Located on a main street with many restaurants, spas etc. 24/7 convenience store downstairs. Helpful and very responsive staff (can call staff via provided phone number). Fast check in process with staff

Not like the photos on the listing at all. Got a glimpse of sea view between buildings (that’s fine as we can walk to the beach). Not enough and stained towels (staff were very helpful to provide new towels) Spent quite some time cleaning the floor/mats on arrival. On checkout, owner of the apartment (?who leases out to the rental company) welcomed herself in and told us to leave. We told her we would not leave until the rental agent we met at check in arrived to check us out (agreement had been signed). Was fine for one night in Da Nang. Not sure how often guests get the apartment seen on the listing? (Photos taken at check out)
