MD Ocean Apartment

Staff were nice it was like a block from the beach there was stuff to buy downstairs

One of the room there was a bunch of ants and random long bugs the staff did come to the room to help change the sheets but it really didn’t make any difference (had to fully clean out all the clothes cause we didn’t want to bring it home) hall way was scary like can’t go alone type of vibe and lobby Was dull.

The Host was great. Made it very easy. The area of the apartment was a few feet away from the beach.

The view was nice Close to Beach 2 bedrooms and 2 wet rooms

Ridiculously hard to find this Apartment as its called something completely different that what is advertised. Dirty - see photos TV didn't work Cockroaches in the room Noisy as right next to the lifts in one room and the other room you could hear the party bangers from 6am every morning

The location is the main selling point. Additionally, the wifi is good, speed about 70/70 and with its own modem, not shared like many buildings in Da Nang. It is also pretty quiet given the location. AC units, and electrical items all worked fine and they accommodated my request to add a desk.

The apartment we booked was not the apartment we ended up in, we were given a 2 bed on floor 12 with a view of the street. We booked for 1 month so needed something with decent facilities, which this claimed to have but fell short. The apartment was worn and grubby with several damaged items of furniture and minimal kitchenware. The bedding is terrible quality, unwashed plates left in the cupboards, and stained furniture. This place needs serious refurbishing if they want to carry on charging the current price. This apartment is liveable and would maybe be acceptable if priced more fairly. If you’re okay with grungey student apartment vibes this should be fine. But bear in mind you likely won't get the apartment pictured and the quality of the furniture, bedding etc is very low. Probably more suitable for short stays. Also, no one came to clean the apartment in 4 weeks 😂

The first thing that I like was when Booking.com gave us free taxi transport from Airport to MD Ocean Apartment .

We booked for 2 night 22 July to 24 July and I informed the owner that we will check in on 23 July morning around 7- 8am cause my flight arrives Da nang at 7am ( he confirmed to us no problems as we paid for 2 night). When we arrive I made a call and was disappointed..he shouted at me and says"" didn't you know hotel policy check in at 2pm and. mentioned room was occupied by other people! As ask again we booked from 22 July, that means I can check in as paid for 2 night, that he says "" you no show on 22 July!!! I just off the phone and try to call Booking.com cannot be reached..We was very disappointed ☹️ after that We just take a rest at by near restaurant, and while we trying to look for other accommodation.. after 2 hours the owner message me and says that he did not read my earlier message that we request for early check in!! ( That is boolshit as I received his email saying that we can check in early..i have proof of all his emails ) and says now that room is ready to check in. I spent a lot 💰 here when I call directly the owner . The owner never appolgies to me when he shouted during the phone conversation 😶
