The main door lock is not easy to open I would prefer an easy way like a key card or keys that are easy to use etc. More brighter lighting at the hall way / floor of the building

I stayed at MD Ocean Apartments and overall had a decent experience. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful, and the location is perfect—just a minute’s walk from the beach, which is a huge plus. The apartment itself was very comfortable and has everything that you need like hairdryer, iron, kitchen, washing machine. Despite mention issues, the apartment was clean, cozy, and well-located. With a bit more transparency and maintenance, this could be a top pick in Da Nang.

there were a few things future guests should know, The building has 41 floors and many apartments, so it is a large residential complex. The soundproofing was quite poor, and the building is a bit old, which affects the overall feel. There was also a mix-up with the booking—they initially gave me one apartment, then moved me to another the next day due to a double booking. While the second apartment had a sea view, it wasn’t the same one shown in the pictures when I made the reservation. I’d recommend asking in advance for clear photos of the exact apartment you’ll be staying in.

The location was splendid—just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you might need for a short or long stay. We were there for a little over a month. I loved that we had an ocean view from the bedroom window and I miss the view already. The washer and drying rack were super convenient as well. They offered free cleaning once a week. The caretaker and staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a bit well-worn but not uncomfortable. The only thing that caught me off guard was that the booking stated that pets are accepted and did not list restrictions (size, etc.). We brought two medium-sized dogs and a cat. The owner required that we pay a 5 million VND deposit at check-in to cover potential damages. So, be advised to notify them of pets or to expect to pay a deposit. However, we did receive our deposit back with only a small fee for couch cleaning. :)

The apartment is old but functional. It needs a new layer of paint and a handyman to take care of the balcony door. The windows looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time.

The location was very close to the beach, that being said slightly difficult to find on google maps, it takes you do a different hotel.

The apartment is near the beach, so I enjoyed it there a lot. The apartment is fantastic, it has come to feel like our home. Services are available everywhere. The charge team was very cooperative. I would like to thank Miss Han for the gifts that she presented to my kids, it was an emotional moment that lasts for their lives.

We felt tricked by this owner. First, The apartment does NOT match the listing. Even when writing this review, its a diff pic of the 1030 unit we stayed in. Feels like a scam. It has pics of many diff units, so confusing when booking. They switch you to whatsapp outside of Booking.com. The main problems: clogged shower drain flooded the bathroom, broken drawers in bedrooms keep sliding open from under the bed- be careful, and the unit is so NOISY! Not Soundproof. We could loudly hear voices, tv's, and music through the closed front door of other apartments. You can hear party music from below at hotel next door. The WORST was all the construction drilling and hammering sound which was almost daily. They offered another unit, but it was in poor condition and smelled. They said it wasnt them making the noise, so offered nothing for this inconvenience. Poor experience here.
