Close to the city centre, nice comfy beds.

The property has potential, but during check-in, no staff was available, and we had to wait outside for 30 minutes. It feels quite empty. The breakfast options are limited to toast with jam and butter, along with coffee and tea. For check-out, no one was present to receive the keys, so I left them at the reception as I had to leave for the airport.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, fueron muy amables y atentos. La habitación estaba muy limpia, muy cómoda y bien equipada. El ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para descansar. Además, la ubicación es céntrica y todo estuvo organizado durante mi estadía.

En realidad todo estaba muy bien, no tengo quejas.

Very cold, no warm water, breakfast package was not ready as discussed. The owner always said she would do something about all the problems, but unfortunately she did not. She offered me a reimbursement which to this day I have not received. For this amount I would have expected way more.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns bei der Tourplanung zu Machu Picchu geholfen und wir konnten sogar einige Sachen für eine Nacht die wir unterwegs waren dort lagern. Auch bei jeglichen Problemen war sie sehr hilfsbereit.

Very good location with nearby cafes and shops. You could walk to the tourist areas and the main square.

Very comfortable bed. Ok location in walking distance of the city centre. Very friendly staff but sometimes overbearing (see below)

We had a very disappointing stay. We booked due to the excellent reviews but were very disappointed with our experience. There was a bad smell in the room which we realised after checking out must have been cat urine in the bed. Many of our clothes smelled very strongly of cat urine, especially our pyjamas. We had to have them washed twice to get rid of the smell. Staff were very friendly but sometimes too much. We had someone knock on our door 4 times in 24 hours and felt like our privacy was somewhat reduced due to this. When we then came to check out we were over charged by quite a lot, when we tried to dispute the price we were dismissed and after half an hour of back and forth decided to just pay so we could get out of there.

Personel très accueillant et très gentil ! Chambre spacieuse et propre ! Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement, très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande également de réserver les excursions avec eux !
