Well designed space, run efficiently by a warm and welcoming family. Greenery!

The room was very cozy and clean. I liked the big bathtub. The staff was so nice. For the price the rooms were exceptional.

I got an allergic reaction from the water on my whole body. Maybe worth to check the pipes. The location is not too central.

Home away from home, I love Sunny she made me feel like Im home again after being so home sick solo travelling. The family is the sweetest they look after you. Clean and the peace and youre looking for after a busy Hanoi

The blinds could use some work

The place itself, especially our room, was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely balcony that overlooked a small fish pond. Amy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. She assisted us in booking a tour and arranged a car for our ride to the airport on our last day. Additionally, we were able to check in early since we arrived in town at 7 AM. Since it was cold when we visited, each room got a small heater that did the work perfectly.

Wifi wasn't the best, but we each had our own internet package that we used mostly.

A wonderful stay! Amy's house is situated in a very quiet area in the centre of Ninh Binh. The room is beautiful and full of any comfort. There is also a big bath in the bathroom and there is a little patio-garden to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The owner is so helpful and kind, she managed to pre-order some food and make sure we had dinner since we were arriving a bit late in the evening. She provides a lot of local tips and she will make sure you will have an amazing stay!
