Worst experience in my life time

No staff to communicate unhygienic place to stay No facilities

This place was disgusting! It was unsafe! There was supposed to be a lockbox and a pin to access the key to get in, and there was no such thing. The door was unlocked, and we were able to just walk in. The kitchen was disgusting. The sink was full of gross water, the stove was the dirtiest stove I've ever seen, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were four rooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. I knocked on the door to the room downstairs and checked the door, and it was locked, but no one responded. I then went upstairs and in room 3, there was a TV on, but no one came out to see who was there. I knocked on room 2, and the door was unlocked and empty. We went in, and the sheets were dirty and stained. Due to our circumstances, we could stay there or go back to the rail station and stay on a bench. The 1st train was at 4 in the morning, so we decided to just stay a few hours and get up for the first train. About an hour into our stay, I heard people up and talking very loudly. We left at 3 in the morning and went back to the station, and waited for the 1st train back to London. Booking should not have this place on their site.

Nothing was good about it.

Advertised as a two single bed room, had one double bed and a camp bed which was very uncomfortable, on approach to the room was a nasty smell of body oder, the shower was dirty and had hairs in which i didn't opt to use, the lock on the door to the bedroom was faulty and you could open it with a spoon, wouldn't stay again pictures Advertised are very deceiving, looked fresh and clean, but when arrived didn't meet my expectations of the pictures Advertised, cheap room get what you pay for I guess, but nothing like pictures online

Nothing i didn't get room or anything had to contact booking. Com for room another 2hs . And the worst thing was it was disgusting beding to the bathroom was not usable i left and went to mc Donald's to use the toilet

It was disgusting the outside door lock and my room lock didn't work. I felt ill when I left. I've never been to anything like this

Avoid this hotel The hotel cancelled the reservation a few hours before arrival, citing that the room was damaged, after a few unsuccessful calls, since he did not answer the phone, I sent a message, but I did not receive a response either. I think I was a victim of fraud, so I just recommend everyone to avoid this hotel, because the owner is very tricky. Find another hotel if you do not want to lose your money.

we could not stay, these was rubbish, rats, rat poo!! filthy in every room, girl answered looked like a drug addict, lost our money, landlord wouldnt answer his phone, to any one else out there do not stay here! a diagrace its on booking.com & take away lovely guest house & replace with hell of a guest house! REPULSIVE & DISGUSTING!!!

what was there to like! sleeping outside rough was a better option, as for a 1 out of 5, no way & beware people if you book cheap its not always wise!
