Lovely Guest House

About an hour before we went to check in we got told we cannot stay as the previous people trashed the place.

Everything.

We did not stay at room. It was cancelled without letting us know. 6 pm in the evening i had to look for another accommodation . Those people shouldn't be in the business

Children were polite

Man was not welcoming room was cluttered and very small

they told us that we had to cancel because the place was trashed so we couldn’t stay there

that we couldn’t actually stay there

I was told on arrival the property is wrecked and unsafe to stay ! I need a refund as had to then found another place to stay , customer services keep hanging up

Well we couldn’t get in the property for a start after trying 20 mins with key locks and none of them worked!! Then a guy opened the saying asking what we wanted he told us the guy who owns this place keeps renting rooms out and there’s no room in here. So they took my £47 and we had to sleep in my car. I keep ringing the mobile number but no answer I’ve messsge several times on here and no answer. Absolutely disgusting to take my money and leave us out on a freezing cold night Have reported you

Rubbish all in the front garden so dread to think what inside looked like but we couldn’t get in

It was disgraceful it was not a hotel at all it is a private rent for people it was so dirty I had to buy cleaning products
