Everything, front door didn’t lock, smell of smoke, doors on room didn’t lock and were smashed in so could lock,

it was in a really good location to local shops & transport

that there was no checks on who was actually staying at the property and there was no hot water or gas to use the cooker & there was dirty linen left on the kitchen floor next to the cooker it had black thick hair in the bath plug & room was dirty

Very dirty, it was that bad we slept for two hours in our clothes. Bed springs poking, dirty old mattress No towels Rubbish and cup left in room Booked a room for family of three and my son in room upstairs. We had booked for two nights and after only sleeping for two hours decided to return home and cancel our weekend away. We phoned owner and he was more interested in reletting our room out again as we were not staying.

Bed was comfortable

Room wasn't clean, remote control haven't battery,and i didn't have access to WiFi. Bahroom was disgusting

The owner or the property did not inform me that he cancelled the booking until I arrived and tried to gain access to the room. He did not notify me via email or message me
