No breakfast. Basic facilities. TV was broken. Room door was insecure. Shower was OK. Towel supplied

Host seems a little incompetent

Drove all the way from london to the location only to be told that i cant access the property. The number given didn't respond as well. very poor poor poor service

Was very poor Communication very very poor Very disrespectful human operating the property Very inhuman I had a door issue ,was locked out of my room . My phone was stucked in the room too so I used a lady who was also staying in the property as a guest she was helping me calling the owner of the property he or she didn’t pick up then texted the lady to send her message we did tell her that I am locked outside due to his door issue so she should bring us a spare key because am with two kids 8 years and 5 years the children haven’t eaten nor taking their bath the owner of the property told her she will come around 23:30 pm ,whiles we were texting her around 19:00 . No form of am sorry about this situation nothing. Waited till the next day no message from them to even check up if we okay or not . If the door worked or how we even slept since we were locked out of our room BATHROOM VERY DIRTY OVERALL VERY VERY POOR NEED REFUND

Nothing. It’s total disgusting place plus care taker horrible. And the owner unbelievable disgusting. She cancel your booking very very last minutes and given to someone. Greedy

Every thing. I am so disgusted booking.com did not took any action. I could not stay and had back home same night. Booking.con offer me hotel pay additional £650 more.
