THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! WE WERE NOT LET INTO OUR ROOM!!! Upon arrival I tried to contact the owner for the code to the security box so I could get a key.. UNFORTUNATELY!!!! The owner did not answer my phone calls or text messages!!!! I had been waiting at this address for over 2 hours!!!! Unfortunately, no one has bothered to respond to my attempts to contact !!!! After more than 4 hours of travel, loss of time and, above all, money, I had to look for another place to stay... The offer says free parking. There is no possibility of parking!!!! Very narrow street, where there is no possibility of parking, because residents park there... A mountain of rubbish right in front of the house... There are no words to describe the situation!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICE!!!! NOT A SINGLE POUND IS WORTH THIS OFFER!!!!!

Everything. Doors that open without key . Unsanitary bathroom. Used food plates in cupboard. Noisy people waking me up at 7 in the morning

DO NOT BOOK Owners will not let you into the property once you’ve arrived - owners keep saying the landlord is the one putting this place up for availability. Complete scam left stranded 7 hours from home

Don't ask questions about the bed, I was left on the street in a strange city after 8 p.m. They wouldn't let me into the room I reserved, they didn't have a key. I don't understand why Booking.com still keeps this property on their website. All the reviews are negative, most didn't get into the room, like me.

I was told there was no rooms available so was turned away I had to spend more money to find alternative accommodation at the last minute I was travelling alone and I felt very vulnerable searching around for alternative room I was very difficult to contact booking.com and the mobile number on the booking did not answer my calls It was the worse ever situation I’ve been in with a booking
