Staff seemed to be limited however everyone was extremely nice and accommodating! They had toys and other items available for kids to play with and ended up gifting our toddler a dinosaur hat that was there. We comfortably fit 3 adults, two teenagers, one toddler and six suitcases in the room with the tatami area. We paid extra for the meals and it was worth it. Everything was delicious and came with multiple courses. The day we left it was actively snowing and the staff was nice enough not only to drive our luggage down but myself (I am seven months pregnant) plus my toddler. They let us stay in the car until the bus arrived all free of charge. Free sled rentals were great especially since half of our party was unable to ski/snowboard. Convent location in regard to the slopes and many areas off to the side to play in the snow. The cafe down the road was a perfect spot to get lunch. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the place was clean however there was definitely some maintenance that needed to be done throughout the entire hotel.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly which made the stay really lovely. The dinner was also really yummy. We are vegetarian and they easily accommodated this. It was really nice to have food cooked for us and not have to decide on where to go and what to eat.

Bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. The room was spacious with the great view on the forest. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

For hotel team: As facility is not new, it is important to change small things to the newer one. It will give a better feeling of staying in this hotel. The cheapest plastic breakfast trays can be changed to the new and more beautiful one it will help to enjoy tasty breakfast even more. Super old body weight and old kids toys in the onsen area gives feeling that we are still in 1980. There are not expensive renovations, but will help with image of the hotel.
