We booked half board x2 rooms for 3 nights and menu changed every day which was good both quality and quantity especially dinner , value for money good water for onsen

The Onsen and some public areas of hotel decors need refurbishing

"It was indeed an good experience but a little bit more maintenance is required."

It was just located beside the Ski area and easy to access. The room was big and clean & the dinner was excellent.

Few of onsen hand showers was not working properly. Sauna was not working. The food during breakfast was finished before time.

"Clean and comfortable"

Our family room is big enough with toilet and sink. We put 2 layers of the tatami mattress. Shared bathroom is clean and hot. Japanese breakfast is good. If you dont like particular items, better get your favourite before reaching the hotel.
