"Beautiful experience."

The room was beautiful. Door-to-ski access was good, rental ski equiment quality was good. Staff was so helpful & nice. Food was great. Exceptionally nice bath area. This is one of a short list of places that I have marked to return to for sure when I return to Japan.

I didn't notice any shuttle service from the bus stop to the hotel, but it's possible I might have just missed it. Also it's only a few hundred meters.

"Lovely atmosphere"

Such a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The Onsen was lovely at the end of a day's skiing. The food was traditional and delicious. They also hire ski gear, including clothes, goggles and helmet.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the japanese style accommodation. Very comfortable. Onsen was great Staff very helpful

Having to order dinner. Would be great to have dinner like breakfast. Buffett style & available every night for a fee. Shuttle bus service would be great too.

"Traditional style accomodation on the snow"

Lovely staff and phenomenal dinners. Very high quality Yakutas supplied. Being located in the Shiga Kogen valley and on-snow was good however we found we were mostly skiing elsewhere so catching the free bus around the valley. Cosy atmosphere. Nice outlook. Traditional style room was nice. Things are well worn in.

Japanese style beds didn’t suit us (Australians), we were not very comfortable but I assume we just aren’t used to it.
