The beds were super comfortable and the space the rooms are large

The door to the closet was broken and the bathroom was a bit outdated

Had good breakfast and friendly staff

Electrical issues in the room and bed wasn’t comfortable

The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff accommodated us by getting us into a room earlier than normal check in. I really liked the fireplace in the lobby and the seating area outside. Had it not been for these 2 spaces, I would have asked to check out early.

The hotel IS NOT CLEAN! Our room was not vacuumed or swept. It was so hot and stale in the room when we entered that it took over an hour for the room to get to a decent temperature. All self service ice machines are out of order. The hot tub has a green hue to it and literal debris floating in it. The only saving grace about this property, is that the lobby area has a nice inviting fireplace where you can watch a movie. Also the outdoor space with the grill was well tended and clean. Considering that I began to itch and we were getting bit inside, had we not had those spaces to escape to, this stay would have been unbearable. Not trusting a space to even lay your clothes out is pretty bottom of the barrel. Also, this location has single queen rooms. When I booked I believed, because it is the industry standard when a listing states queen non smoking blah blah....that it is a DOUBLE QUEEN BED ROOM....Not this place. If they are going to have this type of room they need to make it clear that it is only one bed, also IT NEEDS TO BE PRICED THAT WAY! Had there been any price difference, that would have at least raised a question, but it is approximately the same cost as other hotel double queen bed rooms. Lastly I consider myself a fragrance person! I love a good throughout the space scent....BUT It becomes sickening when it is overused on top of uncleanliness. The underlying smell of mildew and just unclean mixed with the overpowering nice scent, was nauseating and head ache inducing. Didn't even feel comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep here. No matter what you do right, if the room is not clean, and I am concerned about taking bugs home with me...it's not enough. Cleanliness HAS TO BE A TOO PRIORITY AND IT IS JUST NOT HERE.

Quiet, large well appointed rooms, all the amenities you could want including a pool and hot tub, well equipped exercise room, nice business area, beautiful reception area with a fireplace and lots of comfortable seating, daily breakfast included and it is AMAZING! Lots of options from cold to hot freshly made daily, and the coffee was good, loved having the to go cups with kids as we were out and about every morning. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
