"Manageable but not exciting at all."

There hotel location provided good access to the airport. There was good entertainement system and it can be tuned to the on-going olympics.

The breakfast provided was poor but totally hyped, the options were very limited, and flat, no good breakfast option was made available. Not impressed at all.

"Did not stay in the dump"

Not much

Not clean at all. We were told that we couldn’t check in until 3 which was understandable but front desk said that we could hang by the pool while we waited. The pool which she said was open was green as well as the hot tub. Only safe for frogs! I took one look around the property and requested a cancellation!

"Would stay again if I had little options but would not be my first choice"

Location is good from the airport and about $10-$15 uber to walmart and other shopping

Communication was poor, we had no replies to messages asking for shuttle info and waited 1 hour+ at the airport. Breakfast was missing basics like milk for cereal and run out of things like fruit by 8am. Hotel seemed a little run down with wardrobe doors off hinges and left there leaning.

"Superb"

At check-in, Valerie was very friendly! She actually texted me once I got in the room to see how things were going and throughout the stay. The room was very clean. It was smaller than I thought it was. But overall, it was great. I will stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pillows were terrible. I wish the breakfast time was a little longer. I missed breakfast every day because it was over at 9 am.
