The property does not offer late check out, if you have not checked out by 10:00, you will be charged GBP 5 per 30 minutes thereafter. In addition you will be charged the next nights stay plus the cost of guest relocation if you have not checked out by 13:00. If you bring any extra guests that are not on the booking, you will be charged the single room rate for that day per extra guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Modern, clean, very well equipped, location is great. Sea views (and clean windows to actually see them!). And the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful.

"Just what we were looking for to continue our journey home."

The hotel was recommended to us by a local taxi driver and it more than lived up to expectations. The room was light and airy with a lovely sea view. We were met on arrival by a smiling member of staff who advised us of nearby places to get a meal and breakfast. He was very friendly and a breath of fresh air, a credit to the hotel.

The room was a little warm but noisy from the road with the window open. However this is not the Kerswell's fault. A later check out would be a great option to have.
