The property does not offer late check out, if you have not checked out by 10:00, you will be charged GBP 5 per 30 minutes thereafter. In addition you will be charged the next nights stay plus the cost of guest relocation if you have not checked out by 13:00. If you bring any extra guests that are not on the booking, you will be charged the single room rate for that day per extra guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Lovely welcome from Nick the owner. Showed to our room. Room was clean little fridge with complimentary water, plenty of tea and coffee, lovely view.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

We was greeted very warmly and the young gentleman who met us was very informative. The room was spot on ,the location spot on and the price was reasonable. Would stay again, highly recommend

Location good friendly staff and helpful. The hoist showed me where to buy food from. Since there was no parking space nearby, he moved his car to further away so l could park mine in his space. The room was very neat. One of the best hotels l have ever been too fridge TV excellent

Very good location, lots of free parking on the surrounding roads. Room was secure and ideal size for a single person. It looks like I have another week in the area so I am currently looking to re-book
