The property does not offer late check out, if you have not checked out by 10:00, you will be charged GBP 5 per 30 minutes thereafter. In addition you will be charged the next nights stay plus the cost of guest relocation if you have not checked out by 13:00. If you bring any extra guests that are not on the booking, you will be charged the single room rate for that day per extra guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Lovely clean modern hotel with a great host. Just a short walk into town. No issues parking. We parked roadside but pay and display only a few mins walk away £9/24hrs

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a fantastic sea view. Was very clean and and great facilities. Nick was very welcoming and told us the best places to eat which were really good.

Modern, clean, bright and airy room with a fabulous view. Was welcomed as soon as we arrived and shown to our room. Nick was very informative on check in and there is always somebody in house to help with anything if needed. Lovely little added touches in the room such as binoculars and fold down table to get a more panoramic view. The bed and pillows were amazing also. Thank you :)

"Relaxing beautiful hotel worth the stay"

It was a beautiful room with a lovely view of the sea . Room had all you needed including a fan which I rely on to be able to sleep .

"great stay"

Room was lovely with a beautiful view of Morecambe bay. It was very clean room, comfortable bed and I especially like having a fridge in the room which was great and it didn't make any noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again

Room was clean and comfortable and had everything required. Good location. Beautiful view from bedroom window across Morecambe Bay.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
