The view and location were excellent; right by the harbor. It is a roomy place, and the beds and bedding were comfortable.

It felt kind of stark. The decor and organization of the place could be improved to make it more welcoming and practical--a few towel hooks, soap, and some extra counter space in the bathroom, for example; and paper towels in the kitchen.

Location

The unsafe stairs to the unit. Lack of essentials such as a toaster. I emailed to ask for one and still haven't received a reply. Lack of directions, eg, where things are in the unit, emergency contacts, safety information etc

Unbeatable location

No A/C was expected, but the fan provided was underwhelming

Great location and amazing view from our room. Very spacious apartment. Easy and helpful instructions on getting to the apartment.

Nice sea view.

This apartment needs air conditioning. If you travel in the summer, it is too hot without it. You have to open the windows at night to make the place bearable to sleep, but the windows don’t have screens, so the bugs/mosquitoes get in. The apartment has one very weak fan. It needs at least 2, 1 for the living area and third bed and 1 for the bedroom. It’s really not worth staying here without AC. Also, if you want to sleep in past 7, beware that you are right across from the church bells which ring very loudly through the open windows. If you are an early riser, you may find it fun. Apartment needs some basic fixes. The shutters to the bedroom window were broken so we were asked not to open them. Very hard not to open the shutters in the heat. The outlet and light by bed does not work and the shower does not drain. After 1 shower, the basin fills to the brim. The stairs to the apartment are very steep and the entry way was cluttered with trash and construction.

The location was absolutely perfect! So close to the water and so many great restaurants

Obviously it’s summer and it’s hot, and there was no aircon. But we had a fan and it worked well
