Casa Memo

The view was great! The bathroom is modern. This would be more comfortable in the summer. Great location! Host was friendly and responsive. Good TV.

It was cold and there's no heat or blankets for warmth. There were not enough pillows for sleeping. I would double the amount of pillows provided. The front door of the building locks and I was nervous someone would shut it. At one point I did get locked out! Fortunately someone was inside to let us in. WiFi does not reach bedroom. Need a WiFi router or repeater in the dining room.

The location is great. It's close to the water as long as you’re okay with waking up to church bells at 7a and the last one at 10p

When we first arrived, there was garbage piled high just near the building entrance and dead rat. It was there for two days until the garbage was cleared. The room facilities need fixing. The window shutters are falling apart and we couldn't fully enjoy the ocean view except for a 1/2 window sliver. The rest of the shutters were locked with a note that we can not open the windows,except from the kitchen are below. We didn't spend much time in the kitchen because the stove was inoperable. We had plan to cook meals but we were unable to do so. We also left a whole fruit on the table which was eaten by a rat. All of the dishes and utensils were not well cleaned. There was still food on them. Some things in the rental were inoperable or broken upon our arrival. The stove top does not work. The power button comes on but no other action makes a pan heat up. A screw is missing from the cabinet door hinge below the sink and it hits the fridge door. The shower drains very slowly and needs a dose of drain cleaner. The light above the small bed/bookcase does not light up. The water system squeals loudly, sometimes even when no water is in use. The toilet seat needs to be tightened. It moves when you sit on it. For the amount of money we paid, it was not a good value. We informed the property manager of the broken items before we checked out and we never received a response.

Great location with views and sounds from the harbor. Beyond that, nothing more good to say.

Where to begin: poor host communication (no response to our request to remove a dead rodent from our front door or checkout communications), roughly half the outlets don’t work (including those by the bed), no comfortable place to sit (wonder why there are few pictures of the room), toilet squeals when flushed, slow shower drain so you are standing in a pool of water, watered down shampoo, poor WiFi, lacking kitchen supplies (coffee maker, kettle, paper towels, dish towel), can’t open the window shutters cause they are “dangerous”, water leaked in from the windows when It rained. Find something better.

Some electrical outlets did not work. Overhead light over bed in living room did not work

Fabulous location

The view was magnificent.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location was spectacular right on the main square overlooking the sea, next to restaurants & beautiful 14th Century Ligurian church.

Couldn’t open the windows in bedroom or main living area due to shutters needing maintenance.
