Casa Memo

Check in was very hard, we had to wait in the sun for hours without our code to get our keys and the host was very difficult to get a hold of. There wasn’t any aircon and the fans were very small so it was very hot Such a great location though, right in the centre of everything

The location was perfect for Vernazza! Beautiful scenery from every window and had all the amenities I needed. Walking distance to the port, restaurants, trains, church.

Nothing, it was great. There are some steps to reach the accommodation but nothing bad and actually quite good for the area.

Lovely apartment and great location, 5 min walk to the beach.

No air conditioning, so it was quite hard to get to sleep at night

Great location, nice apartment with exception of singing water pipes & problems with electrical outlets. Good size, nice views.

Customer service, there was no internet when we arrived Friday & I sent two messages to the host & never received a response of any kind. Monday morning, the internet was turned on. The day we left, Wednesday, we knew check out was 10 am & I had my phone charging prior to leaving. At 9:30 am, internet was turned off. Cheap trick! Monday morning, scaffolding was erected outside our window & 2 men appeared to knock stones out of the wall next to us, extremely loud & we had to close all windows which made it hot inside. They quickly switched to an electric jackhammer. All day Monday & Tuesday this went on, starting at 7:30 am to 5 pm both days & beginning again Wednesday before we left. The electrical outlets are a danger,

Great location and view off the Marina and Main lower Piazza.

Lots of stairs to the room since it is on the 4th floor. The unit needs some minor maintenance. It is next to the church tower, but the bells stop at 10 pm.

The location was fantastic if you like church bells that toll every half and hour. The views from the apartment were fantastic.

We had poor communication with the host before arrival. Upon arrival, we tried to use the induction stove but there were no directions. I Whats App'd the host as this was how we were communicating prior. She never responded. When we left, I messaged her about not replying and she said she received a message that we had figured it out. We never sent her a message letting her know that we did figure it out. Either there are cameras in this property or she felt she needed to lie to us. Either way, not a cool situation at all. We would not stay at this property again nor would we recommend this property just for that reason alone.

Lovely view from room ,the instructions to get there were very clear.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, wonderful views of the harbour, close to the restaurants, trains and ferries. The unit was absolutely spotless.
