Great location and Cleanliness

The manager. He refused to give the room showing I booked through booking.com. He said the room is standard though there was no standard room listed on the their booking hotel site. It was awful to have to rely on a manager that is not on site to get breakfast and complaint about not getting room I booked for. The manager felt like he was doing customer a favour and was behaving like a typical big men that can not be talked to or shouted at when he was trying to use black market rate for dollar exchange. I would still stay in the hotel for two reasons. 1. The cleaners do a good job in maintaining the facility which is very good quality. 2. The location is at the heart of Abuja center.

The location was really good and there was parking

The price was increased when i got there. The room looked nothing like the one in the pictures. There was no wifi, the water went out and i had to keep calling the owner to get it back on.

The location

Poor service. No internet, broken toilet seat, couldn’t watch TV because the remote control wasn’t working. The host promised to replace it but never came back till I left. I didn’t have a shower before checking out because there was no water. I asked for loo roll but didn’t get one. Bedspread wasn’t changed until I insisted. One of the cleaners even told her colleague not to change the pillow cases.

The host didn’t arrive on the picked arrival time, the price was increased upon arrival, when I decided to leave the offered the room at ACTUAL PRICE, but first thing in the morning the staff’s woke me up and asked me to leave my room , because they want to but someone else in. I had an important interview but the kept burdening me . I contacted the host he explained the dollar rate was black market exchange which I understood I didn’t know earlier because I came from Abroad. Also the shower wasn’t working I had to bath with a bucket. I definitely not staying here again
